WomenLift Health plans to take photographs, audio, and video during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any WomenLift Health event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. WomenLift Health may use the photograph/video in WomenLift Health educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.
A person attending a WomenLift Health event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact WomenLift Health at [email protected] and include an identifying photograph for reference. WomenLift Health will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.
