Ms. Carol Kamasaka is a highly accomplished digital health specialist, with over a decade of expertise in spearheading the design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of digital health interventions across Uganda and various countries in sub-Saharan Africa. She has collaborated with Global Fund, USAID, Rockefeller Foundation, WHO, UNICEF, CDC, and the Gates Foundation to design and deploy tailored digital health solutions at national and sub national levels.
She is the Senior Program Officer-Digital Health at PATH Uganda, and serves as the President of the Uganda Health Informatics Association
Ms. Kamasaka holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in Health Informatics, both earned from Makerere University in Uganda. With her unwavering dedication to advancing digital health solutions, Ms. Carolyn Kamasaka continues to drive positive change in healthcare systems, ensuring the effective utilization of technology for improved outcomes and equitable access to healthcare across communities.
