​Doctor Joan Osoro-Mbui is MP Shah Hospital Chief Operations Officer since 2021. Previously, she had been Assistant Medical Director for 5 years. She has twenty years of medicine experience including at the Nairobi Hospital as Inpatient Services Coordinator, Assistant Medical Doctor and Accident and Emergency Coordinator.

Doctor Joan Osoro-Mbui holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, Leadership and Change Management from United States International University Africa, a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Kenya Methodist University and a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Nairobi.
