​Ida Norheim Hatgun is Senior Program Officer in charge of Gender Equity and Women Leadership topics at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She previously held several positions in Strategic Planning and Engagement and started her career as consultant on Donor Government Relations.

Ida Norheim Hatgun holds an Executive Education From Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
